Sky go not working on xbox after new update

Hi, the sky go app on my xbox has stopped working after an update. It says "You can't use Sky go on this device yet. You'll need a Sky Q Multiscreen, Sky Glass Whole Home or Sky Go Extra Subscription to access Sky Go on this device." Is there anyway this can be fixed? Thanks.

I am still having the same issue.

 

X Box worked fine until the updat about 3 weeks ago. Now can't log back in. Keep getting message that need to have Sky Multi screen, Glass or Sky Go +. 

 

Other users have reported some issue and referred to Superuser. I would like the same if possible. If Sky has changed things to get people to pay for more services thrn I would rather they just be honest about it and I would then have to.look at things accordingly.

Hi Caesarome,

 

I don't have Sky Multiroom, Sky Glass or Sky Go plus and have never done so.

 

If Sky has changed things and one of the is now required to access my X box after the update on X box, then I will have to take one of the out. My X box worked fine before the update.

Call Sky and ask them to add Sky Go Extra for you.

Thanks to all the wonderful people on this forum for there help. Looks like the solution is for me to get Sky Go Extra.
