Was working until 3/4 days ago now will not load. Just stays on blue screen with triangle. Un installed & reinstalled still the same outcome.
computer does not have citrix on it

My Sky Go tried to do an update today but came up with a message saying there was a JavaScript error ENOENT. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same message came up.
Does anyone know what it means and how to fix it?

Today I have exactly the same problem as Robert Sims above. Sky Go won't connect, message on screen about "A JavaScript error occurred in the main process. Uncaught exception. Error. ENDENT:no such file or directory" followed by several lines of code.
Never had any problem before viewing Sky Go on this Windows 11 Laptop and it isstill working perfectly on my iphone.

I am having exactly the same problem as @RobertSims too - same exact messages. Tried unistalling and installing new download but When I tried to delete the ap on my pc is says in cannot find the file.

So, today I decided to turn off McAffee antivirus and see if that helped.
short answer yes sky go now works as it should. Not sure why the Antivirus is being an **bleep** but there you go. Tried adding it to permissions but that did'nt work.

Same error. Paused Norton Antivirus and Firewall. Restarted app and pending update to Sky Go installed successfully and now running. Re enabled AV and Firewall and restarted Sky Go app. App running successfully
