Sky go not working on sky SIM card

Hi can someone help, sky go works alright through the house WiFi, but when I switch to my iPad sky data it comes up with the following message. "Sorry, something went wrong. There is a problem connecting with the sky go appt. Please try again later. I've tried deleting the appt and reinstalling it, closed down the iPad and removed the sim and  replaced it. I've still got data on the card. Can someone help please.

On your iPad have you got location services turned on for Sky Go as this does need to be on when on mobile data.
