Sky go not working on my sky mobile

Error message states device not authorised. Ensure you are on the internet which I am.

I spent 3 hours on the phone to Sky to get my Sky Go to work and nothing has worked. Going to give it a few days and ring them again to see if I can get any further

Are you using a VPN on your mobile, if so try disabling it.
