Sky go not working anymore asking for upgrade

I'm a new customer waiting for my line to switch to sky in a couple of weeks. I was told that I could use sky go in the meantime which I used a couple of times and was fine. Now the sky sports won't work anymore and is saying I need to upgrade my subscription. It's definitely linked to my sky ID so I don't know what to do. Thanks in advance

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
