Sky go not playing f1

Hey! 

why won't sky go play f1? I've got the option to play it in HD... I have HD on my subscription however go to click it on sky go and tell me to upgrade my subscription..., to what exactly? Not getting anywhere with any of it.

Yep can watch it on the TV apparently was stuck on pre active.. been watching it for over a year now just can't on sky go. Advised to cancel and re add... cancelled and now cannot re add just says basket empty so that was an absolute fail

Hi,

 

Do you have subscription to watch Sky Sports F1 or just HD?  The standard price for the F1 channel is around £18pm on top of Sky HD so maybe it is that?  Sky Go can be free but the F1 channel costs extra.  I just tried to watch too but although it worked earlier (with a Sky Sports F1 subcription), now I'm just getting a black screen so if you DO have an F1 subscription, maybe Sky Go is currently down?

I had the full sky sports package. Watched testing fine on sky go as something else was on the telly. However now I cannot watch the same channel. I do well did also have HD so when she suggested I cancel and then re activate I can't now it just says there's nothing in my basket she's sent something to someone somewhere to cancel it - even though I already have and let me know. Just annoying I've now cancelled sky sports - have it until Monday yet cannot re add it so will see what happens over the weekend

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:
