Sky go no longer works since I’ve now only got just the Sky Q box.

Hi folks,

 as per the title. 

im on holiday next week and thought I'd download some stuff to my tablet, but it says I need a multi room subscription to download stuff.

i got rid of the smaller box as I just never used it, but seems odd that I can't download to my tablet content from Sky Q.

is this a glitch or is this the case?

You only need multiscreen if you want to download from the Sky Q box.

To download content to watch while you are away you need Sky Go Extra on your account so have you got this on it ?

Hi,

 on reading the blurb in my Sky package, it says sky go extra is linked to the multi room subscription.

so unfortunately it appears I can't use it

That is correct @Jamiepm1 as you get it free by having multiscreen. The only way to get it added now is to pay the £5 monthly charge.
