Sky go. Is not working correctly. Can get many channels but not 401. We subscribe to sky sports

401 can be UHD. (not supported on Go). [Although at the time of writing it's HD and working on my Go]

Try 859 instead.

What is happening when you try to view channel 401 on your Sky Go app ?
