Sky go installer not working on iMac 2024 with Sequoia 15.3.1

Ive download the Sky go installer on my imac 2024 All in One which uses Sequoia 15.3.1 When i click on the icon in the dock it just keeps re- downloading again and again and again.I ended up with 4 icons in the dock. They have all been removed. I have checked that Allow apps from App store and known developers is on.

I remember the old way to do it was to drag the downloaded sky go icon into the installer but its not giving me that option. Any help on this issue would be great. I have been a sky subscriber for many years and never had a problem on any other device. Thanks again in advance.
