I am unable to access sky go in my Audi. It appears to think that i'm not in this country. Im assuming itvthinks im in Germany! Ive contacted Audi and they assure me that its either Sky's problem or Apple's since im using an iphone or i pad to access sky go! Is this a common probkem and us there anything i can di about it?

Thanks  SKY1992bf and TimmyBGood. Turning off WiFi and using mobile data has solved the problem. Thank you. I'm surprised Audi didn't see that Cubic Telecom may be the issue!

@WillingtonSteve  If you have mobile data on your mobile device you should be able to access sky go on them

I'm struggling to understand how Audi's systems would interfere with doing so as you can't watch on any of the cars internal displays afaik

I assume you're referring to the Audi in-vehicle hotspot function?

https://www.audi.co.uk/uk/web/en/owners/audi-connect/faqs/audi-hotspot.html

If so, where the connected devices appear to be located will presumably depend on how Cubic Telecom have their network configured: it's not likely to be something either Sky or Apple can address.

I'd note that if you Google 'Cubic Telecom', the link to their Automotive Portal does land on a German web page...
