Hi

I am a sky vip customer, with home package.

I have also just purchased a Samsung mobile with sky, although I haven't activated the sim yet.

I have skygo, but wish to also have skygo extra, do I download this, or can I do this online, or a phone call

Sky Go Extra is a package so isn't an app so you will need to call Sky via your new mobile and ask them to activate it for you. You will need a TV subscripition to watch anything via the Sky Go app though.
