Sky go extra downloads to laptop not available only allows recording on skybox

Unable to download any programmes from my package on sky go to my laptop.  This was possible in the past and my subscription for multi seen provides me with the sky go extra option.  I have reinstalled the app on my iPad and again no option to download.

can someone explain what I am doing wrong.

When I click on a programme from tv guide I only have the option to watch on laptop live or record on skybox

The TV Guide isn't the place to go to to downlaod content as you need to use browse menu and then you an select from Catch up, boxsets and other options to find content you want to download.
