Sky go extra PlayStation

Hi,

same issue as everyone else, sky go works fine for iPhone etc but won't now work on PlayStation. VIP member for 19 years - can I have some help please

@caesarome yep was working fine before - never had an issue but tried it tonight and said I need sky go extra -anywhere I search no where to upgrade to it.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Update-After the conversation, advised customer to call in to add Sky Go Extra.

i have this issue looked everywhere for a fix cant find anytbing sky go app works on mobile but not on playstation

Is it asking you to upgrade to Sky Go EXtra @andyk471 , if so you need to call Sky to get it added if it doesn't appear as a reward for you via Sky VIP (Via the MySky app).

Are you saying you do have Sky Go Extra on your account, if you are not sure it will show up via your bill here if you have:

I have sky go but I can't see how to get sky go extra! I am sure I used to have it but have not logged on a console for a while.

If Sky Go Extra does not appear on your bill as per my post above then you will need to call Sky who will look into the best way to get it added to your account.
