I think you will find the Sky Go app will not work on your iPad due to it being jailbroken.

Just because you restarted and you can’t use the jailbreak features doesn’t mean you’re unjailbroken you file system is still configured by the jailbreak to un jail break you have to use a app such as chimera or check rain And click restore root/file system or set nonce for chimera
