I constantly get the error message dfe1 when trying to download content to my iPad either direct from sky or from my sky a box

Does it still happen if you delete the app and install it again ?

Do you have a multiscreen and Sky Go Extra subs on your package ?

I have exactly the same issue on multiple devices

I cannot watch a programme via either streaming or download on SkyGo. I get different error codes. I am connected to Wi-Fi and internet and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Any ideas?
