Sky go error [-41942875] works with sky news but nothing else on kindle fire

  • Currently have this issue using hospital Wi-Fi on kindle fire. Strangely works perfectly on iphone

Any ideas ?

Does your Kindle have the option to use mobile data, if so try turning off Wifi and using this to start watching the content then switch the wifi back on.

Thanks for reply, no mobile data on kindle.
Back home now and works perfectly with home wi-fi
Puzzling that sky go worked on iphone but not kindle fire on same hospital guest wi-fi
