Sky go error 4001 on chromebook

Hi,

 

Can anybody help with error code 4001 on my chromebook.

 

Sky go app has stopped working on my acer chromebook since Thursday.

 

When I try to play any channel programme or recording I receive error code 4001.

 

I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, cleared data and cache and rebooted chromebook to no avail.

 

I have been using sky go app on this chromebook with no issues for some time before last week.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
