I have always used the Sky Go app on Windows to download to my laptop. Every time I try now, it says Failed immediately. No error message just that under the program.
It updated the app when I opened it.
I have tried uninstalling it multiple times, but when I add the app again, the shows I have tried to download are still there, and it will not let you delete them or download anything. I have made sure Sky Go is allowed on Windows Defender.
It works fine on my iPhone. The laptop has the same storage available as when I last successfully downloaded something on sky go.
Any suggestions as I am getting really annoyed now given the fortune I pay Sky every month and how hard they are to contact.

I have a similar issue. SkyGo App worked fine yesterday. Today opened it and the stated Downloading Updates and then just closed down. Have reinstalled the APP same thing, have deleted recent Windows Update and reinstalled the Sky Go App. No Change. Extremely frustrating especially when you are paying a premium for the service !!
