My Sky Go app on the tablet works perfectly when connected to wi-fi.
When I am in flight mode it comes up with the following error message when starting:
There was a problem starting the app. Error [-20190000]. Please restart the app and try again.
There is also a 'Retry' button underneath the error message.
When I click on retry, the error message just keeps reappearing.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, loaded updates on android.
When I then switch flight mode off and wi-fi comes on, clicking retry then works.
I am using samsung Galaxy tab A7 with android.
