Sky go deletes downloads when i log out

I have recently got an android tablet to replace my I pad and I keep getting error 35, I can sort that by logging out and back in again but all my downloads have been removed. As you can only download a set number of times this is becoming infuriating.

For the error 35 issue all you can do is to report this to the apps team for them to investigate for you - apps@sky.uk
