Sky go app not working on Mac Book Pro with Sonoma

Can someone at Sky help me get sky go working Sky go works on all devices except macbook pro running sonoma. Apple tell me its sky's responsibilty to update their app and can't help nsky tech help tell me its apples problem. I just keep going around in circles

I have exactly the same issue - none of the advice from Sky makes any difference.

Am considering cancelling my subscription.

Download app for sky go on mac. 

Installer says downloading sky go and then just closes. 

Any help?

Come on you guys are ridiculous, Sky has never ever been able to make a properly working app. For a while I thought it was my Mac since I had zero storage left and everrything was terrrible, now I have 50 GB, everything is updated and nothing changed. Only buffering. Of course I restarted everything several times. It just does not work. People pay money for this. Sky would have no customers if it didn't have exclusive rights on some shows. This is just so ridiculous. This has been going on for years. Please consider investing to seriously fix this issue.
