Sky go app crashes on my new Samsung Notebook

Sky Go crashes consistently around 20-25  seconds after launch - Error code 0xc0000005 (memory access violation) -

Occurs on Samsung notebook BOOK-IPL1JD7SCT with Windows 11 Home 24H2 - Sky Go version 24.2.3 - Intel Core i5-1340P with Intel Iris Xe Graphics

Key Areas I've Investigated: 1. Windows Services - Windows Media Player services - DRM components - Windows Event Log

2. Graphics Settings - Updated Intel Iris Xe Graphics drivers - Modified power/performance settings - Disabled HDR and hardware acceleration - Tried both high performance and power saving modes

3. Security/Permissions - McAfee antivirus settings - Windows Defender settings - Administrator permissions - Windows compatibility modes

4. System Components - Windows Media Feature Pack - DirectX components - System file integrity

The app crashes even with a fresh installation.

Any help or advice, greatly appreciated!!!
