So just recently my sky go stopped working keeps coming up code 17c.2 and also try to watch sky sports + app and nothing working either called sky help line I'm told technical support team are aware
it's day 3 and I'm still waiting
weird thing is when watch anything through my WiFi it all works fine
so is it mobile network?
has anyone else had the same problem?
I'm with sky mobile and I'm on unlimited data picking up 5G
rebooted phone and I'm now on iOS 18
also reinstalled sky go and sky sports
but nothing is work from my mobile network

Yes it does that's what makes me think it's a network issue
but strange that it's affecting mine only
