Sky app not working on new phone

I have a new phone and since syncing the apps from the old phone my sky app isn't working.  I have deleted and reinstalled it but I cannot see my piggy bank, bills etc. can anyone help?

Are you logged into the app with your primary Sky ID and not perhaps an additional or even older Sky ID ?
