Sky Sports not working on SkyGO over 5G

I have SkyGO extra and have never had any issues with this before. However over the past two weeks I am unable to stream any of the SkySports channels over mobile data. All other channels work perfectly well. I have no restrictions in place with my data so that is not a problem. As soon as I connect to WiFi it works no problem at all. 

I emailed customer services who struggled to understand the problem. 

It works on my other devices ie PlayStation/Laptop but they are all WiFi connected. 

Any suggestions or is this a new bug?

Skygo sports not working on mobile data

Skygo movies/news etc working absolutely fine on mobile data

all programmes including skygo sports working fine on home wifi

Sky - please advise what is going on. Have you put some silly settings on the sports channels to limit coverage? This is really not good for the biggest sporting weekend of the year

Sky go mobile data is letting me watch the womens world cup (ITV channel)

but it will not let me watch the Cricket Ashes and Golf on Skygo using mobile data
