Sky Sports in my package not working on Go or Sports app mobile

Hi I have paid for sky sports on my sky stream and it works fine on the stream however on both Go and the Sky Sports app it suggests I do not have sports and need to upgrade. 

I have tried deleting and reinstalling both and both aren't working 

Any help would be massively appreciated

I just factory reset my stream puck and then resigned in. Is now working. Seems to be an issue where the puck doesn't register as 'activated' therefore packages like sky sports also are not active.
