Sky Sports channels are showing only Standard Definition via Sky Go app

When I look at Sky Sports channels in TV Guide via Sky Go app I only get the Standard Definition channels even though I have Sports HD subscription. I also watch Sky Sports channels in HD on my Sky Q box. 

When I go into HD channels within the Sky Go app, under TV Guide I don't have Sky Sports HD channels listed. So I can see channel 313 Film 4 HD then next channel listed is 409 Sky Sports HD News. But channel 401 Sky Sports Main Event HD is not listed. Any ideas how to resolve?

This is a known issue that has been around a number of years now as the channels are reversed in the app, so in your example Sky Sports Main Event HD can be found further down the guide at 859 and the other Sky Sports HD channels are there from 860 onwards.

Wow, how did I not know that. Thankyou so much. You won't believe I had the issue on my old Sky box and Sky+ and logged a call with Sky who couldn't fix it at all. And it would have been the same issue.
