I've sorted it by turning the vpn off on my Norton 360 App and it's working again. Thanks for all the help, much appreciated.

Re booted the Sky Q box, the WiFi and my phone but still no good.

I do yes. The thing is, my wife's phone connects no bother. So makes me think it's my phone that's the problem, maybe settings, but I can't find a what setting.

Do you have a VPN or similar security app installed?

I do have a vpn but it's not operational on my home WiFi.

Might be worth checking that: by default a VPN would prevent local network communication, and that messes up access to a local Q box.
