Hi All,
Since Monday night my Sky Go keeps telling none of my devices are authorised. I have reset the Q box, internet and my devices as well as deleting the Sky Go app and then reinstalling it but all to no avail. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks

I'm having the same issue. I've also done everything you have. And I haven't made any changes to package. It's very frustrating

Hi Lilynana,
I got in touch with Sky and I was told that they are aware that some customers are having this problem with Sky Go and they are working on it to fix the problem.
