I pay for sky sports but when I go to watch it on sky go , it says please update your subscription. I pay for sky go also

Try working through this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

If that fails to fix this then you will either need to call or use social media top get in touch with Sky about this.
