Sky Go

Sky go says error message "You need an active internt connection" Which i have, I have removed and re downloaded and re logged in. I have no setting option on the app that say internet or anything. Please can you advise how i can watch Sky go.

Try disabling the internet connection on your device, then rebooting it. Turn the internet connection back on then try using the Sky Go app again.

@caesarome Hiya, thanks seems to have worked for the moment.

I have turn the wifi off before but it didnt work.

I keep getting an error message that I need an active internet connection on sky go. This is on an iPad 

 

I have deleted app and re downloaded and switched internet off and on. It then works but as soon as I logout and back in it brings up same error . Also when I launch this app it goes straight to the download page. All other devices working perfectly

Like others in this thread I keep getting an error message that I need an active internet connection on sky go. This is on an iPad. There is one and all other media apps are working fine.

I've had the same issue but I just opened the app via the app store and it seemed to work fine. It might be worth a try?

I guess it must be an old iPad that's doing it . No problem with any other devices

Getting the very same issue.  Ipad less than one year old and on the current iOS etc.  Never had this issue before until recently.  I think there's a problem with the last app update.  Internet working perfectly fine on the iPad but Sky Go keeps saying the ipad needs to be connected to the internet.
