Sky Go works on Xbox Series X but not PS5

I recently brought a ps5 and have attempted to login to sky go with my sky tv account, bearing in mind I had sky go logged in and working on my Xbox Series X, but i go to login on my new PS5 and it tells me that i cannot use Sky go on this device yet. It says i need Sky glass home or Sky Go extra... i know you need this to get sky go on consoles but i have a sky glass subscription and it works on my xbox. any  help would be appreciated

Do you have the Whole Home package as it shouldn't be working on your other console if you don't ?

nope i do not.

I'm not sure why it is working on your Xbox as it shouldn't be without the correct subscription in place.
