After installing a Sky Go update (25.1.2) on my windows 11 lap top the app will no longer connect to my Q Box. Can anyone suggest a fix please?
And I have to say that after an admittedly brief look at the app I am very disappointed - it seems very clunky and also does not seem to give access to BBC channels.

Hi @nigea99
Though it wasn't actually my firewall causing the problem your suggestion made me remember I was using a VPN and having shut that off all worked fine so thank you very much.

hi @joaniesman
Check your AV / Firewall - although mine has corrected itself for a few weeks a while ago, I had to disable the advanced firewall whilst it started to be able to connect to the SKY Q box
BBC channels only show when it is connected to your SKY Q box (BBC requirement who prefer you to use IPlayer)
