Sky Go v23.11 - BBC1 (ch 101) and BBC2 (Ch2) disappeared from SkyGO

Hello,

For some reason, Sky Go v23.11 - BBC1 (ch 101) and BBC2 (Ch2) have suddenly disappeared from SkyGO on my iPad. I've tried totally removing the Sky GO App from my iPad and reinstalling it, but this didn't work. Previously whilst I couldn't watch BBC1/BBC2 on my iPad at least I could use Sky GO to Record to Sky Box.

This is on top of met not being able to action remote recordings for ITV (Wales), ch 103; SkyGo says "sorry, you are not subscribed to this programme" when trying to set ITV Wales recording

So, on Sky GO I now cannot even see/watch or remote record BBC1 or BBC2, nor can I remote record ITV.

From our SkyQ box we can view and record all channels without issue. It is SkyGO which is the issue.

Try channels 801 and 802 for the both of them.

I've just taken a look and on my Sky GO and my 800 channels starts at 803, so no 801 or 802?!

Apologies correction to my last reply - as you say, on Sky Go,  I can, after scrolling all the way down,   see 801 (BBC1 Wales) and 802 (BBC2 Wales)  - and Channel 101 (BBC1) has now reappeared, but I cannot record via Sky Go on Channel 101 (BBC1) or 803 (ITV Wales).

Also, shouldn't 101, 102 and 103 on Sky GO mirror the channels on my Sky Q box - i.e. be the ones for my home region? 

For whatever reason, Sky Go seems confused on my home region, even though I'm using Sky GO from home and Sky Q and my home address and post code are correct.

What device have you got the Sky Go app installed on ?

I've got SkyGo installed on my iPhone, iPad and Windows PC, which is hard wired to my home broadband.

You say you believe you region could be wrong, you can check this by installing the Sky+ app on your iPhone or iPad because if it is wrong when you update it it will be updated on the Sky Go app.

I doubled checked  on the Sky+ App and reset it to Wales (for SD/HD) and BBC1 Wales and BB2 Wales now appear on Sky Go and I can also remote record them - many thanks.

ITV 1 HD appears on ch 103 and 803, but I still cannot remote record via Sky Go - but I can view Live 103/803 on my iPad etc. I don't have HD, but diid sign up for a few months to see if it solved the ITV remote record problem, but it didn't.
