If you are a Sky TV and Sky Mobile customer then this shouldn't be happening @alixholloway so when you say it is using this data it is because your Sky account via the MySky app is showng the data as being used or your devices own data monitor ?

I actually have my mobile with Vodafone. Are you saying that unless you use Sky as a mobile provider you don't have the ability to watch downloaded films etc off line? I didn't have this issue with Virgin and don't with Netflix.

When did you download this content, did you do it when you were at home on a Wifi connection because watching back downloaded content should not use any data especially if you have mobile data turned off.

No probs
So yes always at home with WiFi.
Yes, exactly that is what I thought.
But I haven't got mobile data switched off, I will try that when I go out next and see if it still happens

Yes I did.
I've looked through the other forum posts and can't find anything similar.

Let us know how you get on as it shouldn't been using data against already downloaded content
