We received a replacement Sky Q box and it's working ok. However all devices with Sky Go apps on the WiFi no longer can connect. If we change to "Connect to SkyQ box" to Off it works, however we no longer see BBC and other channels. I've removed all devices from the website and reinstalled the apps but nothing works.

@Sean888 on you Q box press the home button scroll down to settings and look in status does the watch via Sky Go have a tick against it if not scroll down to that and click on re-activate

I gave that go but no luck. Even removed all devices again and uninstalled the app but still the same. Thanks
