I've been using a Acer Chromebook 15 to watch Sky Go with no issues for weeks now, but I've come to use it today and the app wont load. It just starts the blue screen (remains blank) then goes off and won't load. I've had no issues using the app everyday for the past few weeks. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but its still the same. I've no idea why it worked fine yesterday and then not today.
Please help as this is my only way to watch tv at the moment.

I'd like to know too. Just happened to me as well. Same Chromebook.

Same of me on Asus Chromebook, was working fine until recently now blue screen comes on then app closes.
Fix required please Sky.

Hi Daz,
Is your chromebook still receiving full updates from Google, mine isn't anymore (should buy a new one) but just trying to find out if this is the reason the new sky go app doesn't work.
