No changes i am aware of on a laptop that has happily opened SkyGo ok for years.
No network or router changes
Always comes up with "We are having problems connecting you. Pleae try again (001)."
every day now for a week
Have uninstalled Sky Go and re-installed.
Any help appreciated Thanks sp

I'm in exactly the same situation.
Worked for years on my windows 10 laptop and now only gets to the "checking for updates" message at the start up screen and it freezes till I kill it with task manager.
Have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted folders, run as admin and still cant get it to work
Any suggestions?
