Have Sky Go which works fine on my Surface running Windows 10, but just got Samsung Book 4 Edge running Windows 11 home and have downloaded Sky Go several times and I get the blue window and as always Checking for Updates then the blue window just goes away. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still no joy. Also looked at the Sky discussion forums and no joy with any of the suggestions. Need help please!
