Sky Go shows message that I need to upgrade to watch Sky Sports but I already subscribe to Sky Sport
I subscribe to Sky Sports via Sky Stream and can watch it on my TV. However, I can't watch it on Sky Go. I get a message saying that I need to upgrade. When I hit the upgrade button, there is no option to upgrade. I assume that's because I already have the sports subscription. What's going on?
Can you watch other live channels via the app without being asked to upgrade ?

Subsequent to posting, this I realise that I actually can't watch any content via the app. This is a change from maybe 33 or four weeks ago when I was able to watch the Dune prophecy series and some other items. Weirdly the only thing I seem to be able to watch live is Sky News.
