Sky Go saying I need to upgrade!

I was connected to Sky yesterday and have the whole package. I have logged into Sky Go and every time I try to play something it says this. It's so frustrating. I have the package so why isn't it working. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, turned the iPad off and on and reset the internet.
