Sky Go on the Phone app and on the PC app

if I connect my phone to an external TV and try to watch Sky Go on it it will not let me show it on the  external screen. However, if I do the same on my PC using the Sky Go app, I can expand it and move it onto a large screen. Why won't you let me do it on the phone app, but on the PC app

On a phone the Sky Go app is blocked due to rights reason but as you have discovered it isn't on a PC.

It's always been the case that Sky Go can be output over HDMI cable from a computer or console, but not wirelessly (or cabled) from phone or tablet.
