Sky Go on either of 2 PC's not loading TV Guide after downloading an update.

I use Sky Go on 2 different PC's both will not load the TV Guide. Everythign else works on Sky Go. Tried uninstalling and removing all Sky files , then reinstalling but still will not work.

The TV Guide is loading for me so have you tried a reboot of both PCs ?

Tried deleting all Sky files manually, rebooted several times on both PC's. Still does not ork.

i have found the problem. my Sky Q box needed an update.  i do not leave it on overnight any longer and after updating the software the Sky Go on both TVs is now working correctly. thanks for the help offered
