Although I tick all the boxes to use this app on series x (sky go extra, multiroom and sky Q) every time I try to watch anything all I get is "there was a problem streaming this channel please select another channel". I've deleted and reinstalled multiple times but nothing works. The only thing that plays is if I try to watch something from box sets it plays the 2 minutes of adverts but then won't play the actual show I'm trying to watch. Help.
