Tried to watch Sky Go on my tablet on which I have never had a problem with before. Message came up need an update. Went through the process and it said it would be on my tablet soon. Deleted app and tried to reinstall and got exactly the same message. My tablet is a Samsung SM-T55..

As @caesarome indicates, if that's a Galaxy Tab A T 55 then it dates from c2015 and cannot run a version of Android which supports the current version of Sky Go.
