Like everyone else, Sky Go hasn't worked since the summer It just logs me in and spins the circle. I can see the sidebar menu but nothing on the main screen. Ive read every post on here about the problem and uninstalled etc etc etc.
Have Sky--or anyone of you--figured this out yet?

Update to say that the only advice I have recieved from the Sky Help Centre is:
"you may check to see if the email ID you are using to log in, is the right ID registered on your Sky Account."
That's it. That's all.

I don't know if the Sky hel;p centre, or anyone from Sky reads these messageboards, but it's taken another 48 hours for you just to suggest that I uninstall the app and then install it again. If you do read this, please can someone help in a way that is actually helpful.
