I have tried all suggestions, turn on and off, remove app etc and it still shows error messages and will not play but work fine using data and on my wifi outside in the garden at home? Getting very frustrated

Hi, it's at work and came up first with error 50-2 so tried all suggested for this, then came up with device not authorised so tried all suggestions with this, then it goes back to error 50-2 ? However it work fine with Wi-Fi switched off and works fine at home on the Wi-Fi 🥲
