I've had an error message when trying to use Sky Go through my Xbox Series S. the app loads but when I pick a channel I get a black screen with a spinning wheel followed by an error message.
I've deleted the app and reinstalled several times. I've also deleted the app then reset the Xbox before reinstalling the app to no avail.
the error message just states ' there's a problem streaming this channel please select another channel' regardless of which channel I pick
