Sky Go not working on Iphone but Sky Sports Does

Sky Go not working on Iphone but Sky sports does - keep getting error - Device needs be authorised please ensure connected to the internet. Reinstalled the APP and rebooted the phone - its the same phone i have been using for a long time with no issues and Sports app is fine and Go works ok on other devices

Is your device connected to Wifi or mobile data ?

On Wi fi but also tried 5 g same issue other device working ok on same wi fi thanks

Have you tried disabling the internet connection and deleting the app, rebooting your iphone, enabling the internet again then installing the app once more.
