I have responded to all your messages . It's actually ridiculous that this hasn't been resolved after 3 months . Why am I paying so much money for sky when you can't even resolve issues after 3 months of me raising it?

I responded to every message I received so if I didn't respond it means I didn't receive it. Yes I can provide any information. You guys have constantly asked me to provide the same information over and
over again., yet no resolution, it's getting really frustrating now. I will provide any informtion you ask for but for crying out loud fix the issue . It's taking way too long
